From Trader Sams, at the Disneyland Hotel

1.5 oz Smith & Cross Navy Strength rum
0.5 oz Angostura bitters
2 oz pineapple juice
1.5 oz Coco Real cream of coconut
1 oz lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker half filled with cracked Ice, shake, and strain into a tall glass, garnish w/orange slice, pineapple leaves, nutmeg.
