Aviation #1 1916 Ensslin recipe

1 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
1/2 oz creme de violette
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 Maraschino cherry

Combine all ingredients in a shaker half filled with cracked Ice, shake, and strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with cherry.

Aviation #2 1930's Savoy recipe

1 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz lemon juice
2 dashes Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
1 Maraschino cherry

Combine all ingredients in a shaker half filled with cracked Ice, shake, and strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with cherry.
