Bearded Clam


A Frankies Tiki Room original!

2 ounces Cruzan White rum
1/2 ounce organic passion fruit juice
10 fresh mint leaves
1 ounce organic cane syrup
Juice of 1 whole fresh lime
Soda

In a pint glass, muddle the mint with the cane syrup. Add the lime juice, rum, passion fruit juice and ice. Shake and strain into one of Frankie's Bearded Clam tiki mugs or a snifter and top with soda water.
