Nautilus
From Trader Sams, at the Disneyland Hotel

1 oz lime juice
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz agave nectar
1 oz Falernum syrup
3 oz POG juice
1 oz Combier Creme de Peche
2 oz Appleton Estate Reserve rum
2 oz Barbancourt Pango Rhum
5 dashes bitters

POG juice is a mixture of passion fruit, orange, and guava juices. Disney uses a concentrate from Minute Maid, but the producer of POG in Hawai’i is Meadow Gold.

Combine all ingredients in a shaker half filled with cracked Ice, shake well serve in a bowl with two straws. These were originaly served in a ceramic mug shaped like the old Disneyland Nautilus submarines.
