Port Ellen Sour

2 oz Ardbeg wee beastie
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1 1/2 oz Pineapple juice
1/2 oz Maple syrup
Sage leaves
sesame oil

Very Lightly muddle 2 sage leaves in the bottom of a shaker
Add lemon juice, pineapple juice, maple syrup, and whisky.
Add ice, shake well, strain into a rocks glass with two large ice cubes.
Garnish with fresh sage leaves, and a few drops of sesame oil
