Sidewinders fang

The mixologists at Forbidden Island got this drink recipe from the now-defunct Lanai restaurant in San Mateo, where it was the house specialty.

1 oz 80 Proof Demerara Rum
1 oz Dark Jamaican rum
1 1⁄2 oz Fresh orange juice
1 1⁄2 oz Passion fruit juice
1 1⁄2 oz Fresh lime juice
2 oz Club soda

Garnish:
1 twist Orange peel
1 sprig Mint

Combine lime and orange juices, passion fruit syrup and rums in an ice-filled mixing glass. Shake until well blended and strain into a goblet or large snifter. Top with seltzer water and stir to combine. Garnish with a spiral of orange peel and a sprig of fresh mint. Makes 1 drink
