Singapore Sling

Std. "bar" Version

Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
1 Tsp. Powdered Sugar
2 oz. Dry Gin
1/4 oz Grenadine
1/2 oz. Cherry Brandy
dash bitters
Seltzer water
Shake all but seltzer well with ice,
strain into 12oz glass filled with ice,
top up with seltzer, stir gently
Garnish with orange slice and cherry, and serve

"Orignial" recipe

1 oz Gin
1/2 oz Cherry Liqueur (cherry brandy)
1/4 oz Cointreau
1/4 oz DOM Benedictine
1/2 oz Grenadine
4 oz Pineapple juice
1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
1 dash Angostura bitters
Shake all but seltzer well with cracked ice,
strain into hurricane glass filled with ice,
Garnish with orange slice and cherry, and serve
