From Trader Sams, at the Disneyland Hotel
1 oz lime juice
1 oz red passion fruit syrup
3 oz POG juice
2 oz ByeJoe Dragon Fire

POG juice is a mixture of passion fruit, orange, and guava juices. Disney uses a concentrate from Minute Maid, but the producer of POG in Hawai’i is Meadow Gold.

Combine all ingredients in a shaker half filled with cracked Ice, shake, serve in a hi-ball glass.
