I believe the Franciscan was made for, or at least distributed by Bruno. As far as I know, they are modern, made in Taiwan. I believe the same company (or manufacturing plant) makes Ukes for several “companies” I have seen several baritones that were fairly identical in manufacture. But labeled differently.
