Hondo

Hondo Guitar Company was formed in 1969 by Tommy Moore and Jerry Freed in conjunction with Samick. Hondo Instruments were built in Korea up until 1974, when some instruments began being produced in Japan. By 1983, all production had moved back to Korea. Around 1993, Hondo instruments were being produced in Korea, Taiwan, and China. Aside from Ukuleles, Hondo make Guitars, Basses, Mandolins and Banjos.
