Manufactured by the Maxitone Ukulele co. Circa 1930's-40's They made banjo Ukes, Ukes, and The Maxitone Violin Uke. I have also seen a Uke with a Maxitone headstock decal, and a "Lyra" soundhole label with a "Bruno" trademark in the center
