Circa 1920's-1930's. Has Coconut shell body with Koa top. Made in Hawaii. Headstock has a paper lable with a scene of palm trees, and a beach with Diamond head in the background. under this is "Niu Kani, Hawaii" Headstock has unusual "fishtail" shape with friction tuners. the name "Niu Kani" roughly translates to "Coconut sound"
