Tiki King's Ukulele Database:
Selcol
Made in England Circa 1960's. Selcol was an associate company of Selmer (who made guitars and amplifiers). Selcol made plastic garden furniture and plastic toys, including Ukuleles and guitars. Among these were as many as seven licensed Beatles designs, a Mickey mouse design, and the "Jazz Special", and at least one Elvis Guitar. Selcol also made other instruments, such as the Beatles "Ringo" Drum.
Interesting side note: Selmers most famous, and possibly defining guitar (favored by D'Jango Rhinehardt) was designed by Mario Maccaferri.
