Morning Glory Cocktail

1/2 Teaspoon Simple syrup

1 oz Brandy

1/2 teaspoon orange (white) Curacao

1/2 teaspoon Pernod

2 dashes Bitters

3/4 oz Rye

Splash Club Soda

Shake with cracked ice,
strain into chilled Cocktail glass;
serve with lemon twist .
