Pirates Julip

3 oz gold Rum
1 tsp white curacao
1 tsp Orgeat Syrup
3 dashes peychauds bitters
fresh mint leaves

Muddle about ten mint leaves and Orgeat Syrup in hiball glass, add bitters fill with crushed ice, add Rum and stir float curacao on top, garnish with mint sprig
