Seafoam Gimlet


This one was invented at,
and was one of the specialties of
Tiki King's 821 club.

1 1/2 ounce Bombay Saphire Gin
1 ounce Roses Lime juice
Splash of Blue curacao
OR....

1 1/2 ounce Bombay Saphire Gin
1/2 oz fresh Lime juice
1/2 oz Rock candy syrup
Splash of Blue curacao
Shake very well with cracked ice;
strain into chilled Cocktail glass ;
Garnish with thin slice of Orange
