Smokey Whisky Sour



2 ounces Ardbeg whisky, preferably Ardbeg Wee Beastie
3/4 ounce Simple syrup
1 ounce lemon juice
1/2 oz egg white
2 drops of orange bitters

First, in a "dry" shaker, combine egg white, Simple syrup , lemon juice, bitters, and Whisky. Shake well. Add ice, and shake again, until light and frothy. Strain into a double old fashioned glass 2/3 full of ice, garnish with a thin slice of orange, and a cherry.
