Tiki King's Old Fashioned


2 ounces Rye (or Bourbon if you don't like Rye)

1 teaspoon sugar

dash Bitters

Club soda

Two Maraschino cherries

Two slices of orange

In a shaker, muddle one of the cherries,
and one slice of orange.
add Rye, and set aside.
In a double old fashioned glass add sugar
and two drops of bitters. Strain Rye mixture
into glass, stir to dissolve sugar. Fill glass 3/4 with small ice cubes, and top up
with soda water. Stir lightly.
to mix. Garnish with remaining
cherry and orange slice.
Enjoy!

2 ounces Rye (or Bourbon if you don't like Rye)
1/4 oz spiced honey syrup
1 dash orange Bitters
Club soda
Two Maraschino cherries
Two slices of orange

In a shaker, muddle one of the cherries,
and one slice of orange.
Add Rye, and set aside.
In a double old fashioned glass add spiced honey syrup
and two drops of bitters. Strain Rye mixture
into glass, stir.
Fill glass 3/4 with small ice cubes, and top up
with soda water. Stir lightly
to mix. Garnish with remaining
cherry and orange slice.
Enjoy!
