Longworth

Longworth Built by Master luthier and Inlay specialist Mike longworth. Mike was an employee of C.F. Martin for over 30 years until he retired in 1995, and litterally wrote the book on Martin guitars (and Ukuleles!). Mike was an avid fan of the Ukulele, and was known for his generous dispersal of historical information, as well as unique creations, such as the "For Mike, A Uke" Made out of green marble Formica. It is roumored that he glued a silver dollar inside the sound hole, "To add value". Mike passed away in 2003
